Earlier this week we talked about the cost of leads generated on the show floor versus in the field.  In today’s post let’s talk a look at Part II of the study, The Cost Effectiveness of Exhibition Participation.

  • 54% of the sales that started with a lead from an exhibition are closed after 3 or fewer sales calls.

  • 61% of sales that started without a lead from an exhibition require more than 3 calls to close.

To assess the information in another manner, let’s look at these numbers.
